What does JAGGAER do for supplier discovery today?
JAGGAER’s discovery layer is the JAGGAER Supplier Network. JAGGAER’s network and supplier-support pages market it as fee-free for suppliers, putting supplier enablement at “no additional cost.” The network page offers “immediate access to a global community” with pre-enabled punchouts and automated supplier matching, and says qualification can be improved “using built-in insights or connecting third-party data” from a wide network of trusted partners. As of 3 September 2026 JAGGAER brands its supplier management capability Supplier Intelligence, with Supplier Lifecycle Management covering onboarding, qualification, risk monitoring, performance and offboarding. JAGGAER’s Supplier Intelligence page names a 12+ integrated partner ecosystem including EcoVadis, Moody’s Analytics, Dun & Bradstreet, TealBook, Sphera, Chemwatch, Prewave, Descartes and Trustpair. JAGGAER announced JAI, its AI orchestrator, in a release dated 5 May 2026.

Where does JAGGAER supplier discovery stop?
On JAGGAER’s published pages, discovery starts from the JAGGAER Supplier Network, so it reaches suppliers that have registered with that network. As of 3 September 2026 we found no open-web supplier discovery engine marketed by JAGGAER itself, and reading that absence as a boundary is our inference rather than a JAGGAER statement. JAGGAER’s published route to data beyond the network is named partner feeds: its release titled “Automated Access to TealBook Trusted Supplier Data” describes bringing TealBook supplier profiles into JAGGAER automatically, and its Supplier Intelligence page names a 12+ integrated partner ecosystem for ESG, financial risk, chemical safety and trade compliance. On the criteria above, that makes discovery a question of network registration plus named partner data. This describes scope, not product quality, and it says nothing about how JAGGAER customers rate the suite.

How it connects
How does Speya connect to JAGGAER?
Through the Speya API, which is live today. Access is reviewed per integration and requested at speya.ai/mcp. The API returns structured supplier records a system can write into its own tables, so a shortlist can be written into your supplier master or a sourcing event. Customers use it to enrich suppliers they already hold, find the named contact, and pull ESG evidence with sources. Integrations with JAGGAER are built on request through that open API, where they make technical and commercial sense; there is no certified or vendor-listed Speya connector for JAGGAER and no marketplace listing, and Speya does not warrant compatibility with any third-party system. An MCP server is coming, so any MCP client, including Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude or an in-house agent, will be able to call Speya as a tool. We found no JAGGAER MCP server, first-party or third-party, as of 3 September 2026. On the JAGGAER side, a third-party API catalogue lists REST APIs in JSON, alongside EDI, cXML and OCI punchout, and JAGGAER promotes Workato as a certified iPaaS. Shortlists also export as spreadsheets.

Does Speya replace JAGGAER?
No. Speya is not a source-to-pay suite and does not run sourcing events, contracts, purchase orders or invoices. JAGGAER stays the system of record and keeps the workflow. Speya sits in front of it: discover and vet candidates, then write the shortlist and the supporting evidence into JAGGAER through the Speya API, or hand it over as a structured export.
Doesn’t JAGGAER already have supplier intelligence?
It does. JAGGAER brands its supplier management capability Supplier Intelligence and names a 12+ integrated partner ecosystem for ESG, financial risk, chemical safety, trade compliance and supplier data. In our assessment the part Speya covers is different: searching for suppliers beyond those registered in the JAGGAER Supplier Network, and vetting them with cited evidence. JAGGAER’s published route to wider data is a named partner feed, including the automated access to TealBook supplier data announced in its release dated February 2022.
Who owns Speya, and who owns JAGGAER?
Speya is built and operated by Findmyfactory AB in Stockholm, renamed from Find My Factory on 1 September 2026. It is not owned by, or bundled into, any procurement suite or ERP vendor. Vista Equity Partners announced the acquisition of JAGGAER from Cinven and CPP Investments on 13 August 2024, with completion expected in the fourth quarter of 2024, and as of 3 September 2026 we found no announcement of a later change of ownership. That independence is why a Speya shortlist can move with you if your suite changes.
Is Speya’s data hosted in the EU?
Yes. Speya is EU-hosted and GDPR-compliant, holds ISO 27001 and SOC 2 Type II, and data never leaves the EU. Supplier evidence comes from 250+ data sources: company registries, trade and customs data, financial filings, certifications and the open web. Every search is live rather than a lookup against a static list, and every claim on a shortlist carries its source beside it.
