The platform, in brief.
Veridion, formerly Soleadify, is a company data business founded in Bucharest in 2019, per tech.eu’s coverage of its February 2023 round. Its procurement page describes one intelligence layer delivered by API, warehouse or batch.
Veridion documents two main surfaces: a Search API for finding suppliers against criteria a team supplies, and a Match & Enrich API for resolving and enriching supplier records a team already holds. Veridion’s own material describes the strategy as integrating its data into existing procurement systems so buyers do not switch applications, with its knowledge graph sitting underneath procurement platforms.
Veridion holds a certified listing on the Coupa App Marketplace, Veridion Scout PRO. On ownership, Tracxn lists Experian Ventures among Veridion’s investors; Experian is a credit bureau rather than a procurement suite, and we found no procurement suite or ERP investor in Veridion as of 3 September 2026.
The gap

Veridion’s own material positions the product as a data layer underneath procurement platforms, integrated into the systems a buyer already runs. On the criteria in the table above, Speya’s assessment is that this is a different job from the one Speya does: taking a plain-language sourcing need, running the search, vetting every candidate against certifications, financial health, ESG and sanctions, and returning a tiered shortlist in minutes with sources beside each name, with Speya Auto able to run the whole case.
Put plainly, and as Speya’s assessment rather than a criticism of the data: Veridion supplies data that a buyer’s own workflow consumes, so the sourcing and vetting steps stay with the buyer or with whatever system the data is loaded into. Speya carries those steps itself and hands back the shortlist with the evidence.
