Data Scientist (Mid–Senior)

Location: Hybrid option at our Stockholm HQ
Reports to: CTO
What You will Do
Own the end‑to‑end data science workflow: problem framing, data wrangling, modelling, and communication.
Develop predictive and descriptive models that power supplier matching and ranking.
Build dependable data pipelines and feature stores in collaboration with Data Engineers.
Design experiments, AB tests, and dashboards to quantify impact.
Present insights to stakeholders and convert them into product improvements.

What We are Looking For
3+ years applying statistical/ML techniques to large, messy datasets.
Proficiency in SQL and Python for data analysis and model development.
Experience with feature engineering, model evaluation, and experiment design.
Ability to explain complex findings to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
Nice‑to‑Have
Familiarity with graph databases or knowledge graphs.
Experience with GCP data stack (BigQuery, Dataflow, Looker) or comparable tooling.
